Welcome to Zoltecs! This stress coach terms of service agreement outlines your rights and responsibilities when using our app and services. Therefore, please read it carefully before starting. If you do not accept these Terms, you should not use the Zoltecs app.

1. Definitions

To clarify:

“Platform” refers to the Zoltecs mobile application.
“User” refers to you, the person accessing and using the Platform.
“Services” means the content, modules, and features available in the app.
“We,” “us,” or “our” refers to Zoltecs.

In essence, these definitions ensure clear communication.

2. Using the Platform

By accessing the Platform:

You confirm that it is intended solely for personal use, reflection, and video-based learning.
As such, each module unlocks in a guided sequence—one per 24-hour cycle.
You must protect your login credentials.
However, the app’s structure prevents interactions or external messaging.
For that reason, we consider the platform very secure.

3. Account and Notifications

To access full functionality:

Sign in using your Apple or Google account.
After completing a module, the next becomes available after 24 hours.
Additionally, the app sends a notification when your next module is ready.
Moreover, you remain responsible for all activity linked to your account.
Because of this, you should keep your login private.

4. Payment and Pricing

Zoltecs offers two payment options:

Complete Access: $39 for all 9 modules
Single Modules: $5 each

Apple handles all payments securely. Consequently, we never collect or store your payment data.

Please note: purchases are final unless required by law. In other words, refunds only apply to legal exceptions.

5. Privacy Commitment

Your privacy matters. For this reason, we encourage you to read our Privacy Policy. It explains how we protect and manage your data during app usage.
That said, all personal data remains confidential and securely handled.

6. Ownership of Content

Everything in the app—including videos, designs, and written content—belongs to Zoltecs or its licensors.

You may not duplicate, modify, or share any content unless you receive written permission.
Furthermore, you can only use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To summarize, unauthorized use is not permitted.

7. Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a seamless experience. However, Zoltecs operates “as is.”

We cannot promise flawless access or uninterrupted service.
Also, we do not accept responsibility for indirect damages like data loss or technical interruptions.
Therefore, you assume all risks when using the platform.
Nonetheless, our team works to maintain consistent performance.

8. Account Termination

You can delete your account anytime via app settings.
We may restrict or suspend access if harmful or abusive behavior occurs.
Fortunately, the app’s design reduces these risks significantly.
Even so, we act quickly to protect users if issues arise.

9. Policy Updates

We occasionally revise these Terms. If any major changes occur, the app will notify you or send an email alert.
As always, continued use of the app confirms your agreement.

10. Legal Jurisdiction for Stress Coach Terms of Service

Swedish law governs these Terms.

Ideally, we recommend resolving disputes directly.
If needed, unresolved matters go to Swedish courts.
Additionally, EU residents may file complaints via the EU Dispute Resolution platform.
