All Zoltecs merchandise is made in limited batches and produced with care. Due to the nature of our production and fulfillment process, we do not offer refunds or accept returns or exchanges on any products once an order has been placed.
By completing a purchase on our site, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final.
Why No Refunds?
Our apparel is designed to be meaningful and empowering, produced in small runs to reduce waste and ensure quality. Because of this:

We do not hold inventory for general exchange.

Each order is made to order or stocked in small quantities, making returns and restocking unfeasible.

Hygiene and wearability standards prevent us from reselling any returned items.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@zoltecs.se within 7 days of delivery, including:

A clear photo of the issue

Your order number

A description of the defect
We’ll do our best to resolve the situation either by replacing the item or offering a suitable solution.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed in transit. However, if something goes wrong with your delivery, reach out and we’ll help you contact the carrier or file a claim.
