At Zoltecs (“we,” “us,” “our”), your privacy matters. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect your data. By using the Zoltecs app (“the App”), you accept the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Information You Provide
When you sign in using Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address. This data allows us to securely create and authenticate your account. Furthermore, it enables access to your module progress and purchase history.
1.2 What We Don’t Collect
Unlike many apps, Zoltecs does not track your location, device activity, or behavioral patterns. Additionally, we do not collect or analyze your journal entries or written reflections. Everything you write is stored locally on your device and never shared or transmitted. Therefore, your thoughts remain entirely your own.
1.3 Third-Party Services
To stream video content and manage secure login, we use Firebase—a trusted cloud provider. Firebase handles user authentication and content delivery. Importantly, Firebase does not collect or use any personal data beyond what’s needed to perform those functions.
2. How We Use Your Information – Stress Coach Privacy Policy
We use your login credentials solely to grant you access to Zoltecs features. After completing a module, the next one becomes available after 24 hours. In addition, we send a push notification to let you know when the next module unlocks.
Moreover, we do not send promotional emails, track user activity, or personalize your app experience based on data. In short, we use only what’s essential to maintain the app’s intended functionality.
3. In-App Purchases
Zoltecs offers two flexible purchasing options:

Full Access Package – Unlock all 9 modules for a one-time payment of $39 USD

Individual Modules – Purchase access to each module individually for $5 USD
All payments are securely processed through Apple. For this reason, we do not collect, handle, or store any payment information.

4. Data Sharing
Your personal information is never sold, traded, or used for advertising. However, in limited and necessary cases, your data may be shared:

With Firebase, only to provide secure access and stream video content
As a result, we ensure all data-sharing is purpose-driven and compliant with privacy standards.
5. Data Security and Retention
We prioritize your data security. Firebase encrypts and stores your credentials using industry-standard measures. Furthermore, we retain only the information needed for your app access. Once you delete your account, all related data is permanently erased.
6. Children’s Privacy
Zoltecs is accessible to users under 13. However, we collect only the minimum required data—login information. We do not knowingly gather or store additional personal data from children. Additionally, we encourage parents to supervise minors when using the app. If you suspect we have collected data from a child in error, please contact us immediately for removal.
7. Policy Updates
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. If significant updates occur, we’ll notify you through the app or via email. Consequently, your continued use of the app means you accept the updated policy.
